Alongside the 2nd Tauranga-based networking event, we are also holding the first Whakatane-based event!
From 5:00 pm there will be the opportunity to meet other like-minded local women, helped along with drinks and nibbles courtesy of Apricus New Zealand and hosted by the Lightning Hub (above the post office).
Then from around 5.30 pm, Kazel Cass and Karen Summerhays will spend around 30 minutes reporting back on the Women in Environment, Conservation and Sustainability Leadership Summit that they attended in April.
Following this, there will be more opportunities to socialise, for those that don't have to rush off. There will be a child-friendly DVD on in the next room plus we might be able to find a volunteer babysitter :-)
